Responsibilities:


  • Manage the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
  • Implement and enforce project safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred not required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification (preferred).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
