The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for achieving individual sales/referral goals while providing managerial support to the Store Team as directed by the Store Manager. In conjunction with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager may coach platform and service team members to ensure store sales and service goals are met. The Assistant Store Managers leads with ethical integrity and embraces diversity and inclusion consistent with the Wells Fargo Visions & Values. In addition, he/she effectively demonstrates all aspects of the Wells Fargo Customer Experience culture, including modeling and coaching to the Customer Experience Roadmap process. As a coach to subordinate team members, he/she must be knowledgeable about Wells Fargo products & services with the ability to successfully navigate store based systems. Through exemplary coaching, the Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store and Service Manager to ensure the operational integrity of the store. He/she assists team members in maintaining a balanced approach to minding the stores compliance requirements and delivering exceptional customer experience. Along with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the effective scheduling of the store team and obtains a positive customer experience through coaching and managing store team members to Top Box Customer Service Scores in every customer interaction. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.

Basic Qualifications

years Personal Banker experience. 2
years experience in sales or customer service. Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements. The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening.

Experience meeting customer satisfaction goals. Experience selling products and services. Experience using basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, word processing software, spreadsheet software. Experience working well and getting along with others, including across lines of business and with business partners. Mentoring and/or coaching experience in a customer service or sales environment. Willingness to go above and beyond the job duties within a store. This position requires S.A.F.E. registration at the time of employment. Preferred Skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
