Chief Financial Officer

An Upper Midwestern utility company seeks a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will manage a small staff, prepare financials, manage company pension, and be heavily involved with budgeting and financial strategy. Regular communications with the Board of Directors, executive team, financial partners, and internal staff will be required.

Minimum qualifications include:
3
years working as a CFO or 5
years working in a higher-level accounting/finance role within a utility company
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field
Experience with GAAP

Preferred qualifications include:
SAP experience
Budgeting experience
Pension management experience
Experience working with a Board of Directors
Utility industry experience
CPA
MBA or other related post-grad education

Highly competitive salary, up to $200K per year based upon experience with significant bonus opportunities, and benefits package.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
